WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Together we develop and sell high-quality, sustainable products and services that enable social shopping statements. That means: People who wish to do something good for themselves can buy a product with the HeadsHigh! diamond, which may cost a little more, but in doing so they know that they:
- support the “small shop around the corner”
- subsidize a regional social initiative
- facilitate potential opportunities for people to whom the doors in the labor market are not always open
HOW ARE WE DOING THIS?
- With all HeadsHigh! products the production contracts go to small regional workshops, freelancers, social institutions or companies, thus contributing to their financial security in difficult times
- 10% of the profit goes to defined regional social sponsorship projects which are chosen in cooperation with our partners and the HeadsHigh! community
- Perspective: If the turnover rises above a certain threshold , e.g. through marketing, crowd funding campaigns & co, we:
- award partial orders to regional, social funding workshops
- enable internships and jobs for people whose situation needs more consideration e.g. single parents, people 50+, refugees, trainees from special schools
